IPSEC VPN site to site with UTM, wont connect at all???

I have just finished setting up my new Sophos XG firewall but I did have RED tunnels between site which I cant do in XG, so I tried setting up IPSEC tunnel.  I managed to make sure the policies matched exactly but still it would not connect.  It says peer did not accept any proposal sent?

Ive checked and rechecked to make sure the policies are the same and the VPN ID's are the same but it just wont work.

Any ideas? So disappointed there is no RED to UTM.
