sophos XG230 zabbix snmp

Question

Hi, I am using Zabbix 3.4.1 on CentOS and connecting to a Sophos XG virtual appliance (formerly Cyberoam). I am using the following templates with this device: Template MIB XG-FIREWALL-MIB - sophos Template Module Generic SNMPv2 Template Module Interfaces Simple SNMPv2 (have tried SNMP v1 as well) The first two templates pull their information just fine, but I cannot get any interfaces to show at all. After a lot of searching, here's where I'm at: I have un-checked Bulked Requests Nothing shows up about interfaces in Latest Data (other snmp info does) There is nothing waiting in Administration > Queue There are no errors in /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log I can snmpwalk any OID from the interfaces discovery Here is the output of a walk of the interfaces:

Remove the generic and simple interface templates and then download/add this one...

 I've had good luck using it in conjunction with the XG Firewall MIB template. It should provide the discoverable interfaces that you are currently missing.

 I think there is also a bug in the UTM SG and XG template itself. Based on comments on the Zabbix forums you might need to comment out the "System Usage" element in the XML file before importing.
