BUG - Unable to change date back more than 7 days

Question

Hi, 
 An issue with reporting was raised in the XG EAP forum. I have checked the raised issue and it is quite valid, but worse is you cannot change the date by calendar or manually past 7 days prior. 
 I tried a number of the reports and the result was always the same, no more than 7 days from today.

EAP only covers 7 Days in the past. Thats the deal for EAP - Free but only 7 Day data.
