Where's the ARP ?

Question

It would be very handy if Sophos would include an ARP > IP table on the GUI as well as the CLI feature set. 
 Right now on GUI, a port > Mac address entry exists. NO IP address to each mac. 
 On Switch CLI, the command sh Ip arp shows only four entries. Why doesn't it list all of them?

 Why is CLI only showing 4 devices?
