Hello all -I have a pair of brand new SOPHOS C12ATCHUS CS110-24 24 Port switches. In my several attempts to register them with SOPHOS Central, each has timed out. I am unable to find any troubleshooting documentation that has been helpful.Both are straight out of the box and are connected to the internet gateway.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
You have to reboot the device and have 15 Minutes to registration to Central.
