I am excited to announce that SURF version 1.3.6.0 has gone live.
This version includes:
- Significant performance improvements and optimizations for rule processing
- Bugfixes for issues reported from the user base
- Fixed: Some registry rules were incorrectly detecting
- Fixed: Some log rules were not detecting in all applicable circumstances
- Fixed: The Detections pane was not always properly updating between SDU load
- Features:
- We got a lot of feature requests in through the feedback form - thank you to everyone that submitted ideas, we really appreciate them
- At this time, all feature requests are being scoped into SURF 2.0.0.0
- No new features were added in this release
What do I need to do?
- The next time SURF launches, it will prompt you that there is a new version - click to allow the update
- Wait for the update to complete
- Start using the new version of SURF
