Scan stops

Hi!

I have a Nexus 7, Android 4.4.2, DE.

After a fiew weeks the auto scan (all 3 d) does not work any more. Also the manual scan stopps always after a max of 114 apps. The progress bar is always running the whole night but the scan will not be finished.

I first tried a uninstall and install of sophos security. Than a firmware reset. But the problem still exist.

Is there any suggestion?

    Hi Michel,

    unfortunately, the trace log file was not the one from Sophos Mobile Security.

    Please open the "Settings" view and scroll down and enable the ""Verbose tracing" (in German "Einstellungen | Ausführliches Tracing").

    Once activated, please reproduce the issue again and send us the log.
