understanding security diff between power off and restart

Hi Team,

I have been using the product for quite some time, i encrypted my htc one and all these i restarted my phone and it prompted me to enter the encryption password. Today i observed that when i select the option to power off and turn on the device it boots immediately without prompting for encryption. Its very easy for some one to by pass as encryption password has to pop irrespective of i reboot or power off and tun

    Sophos Mobile Security does not add logon protection on its own. It only enables Operating System functions.

    So if the behavior you are seeing is correct, we cannot change it. Its a bug from HTC.

    There is a paid version that you can use. However, the only difference is, that you can manage it via a central Server (Sophos Mobile Control).
