Uninstall not whitelisted apps on iPhones

Hi,

Does anyone know, if it is possible to uninstall directly via the SMC console apps on an iPhone which have not been whitelisted and there are not compliant?

We would like best, if it would be possible that only the whitelisted apps could be downloaded and installed.
