[SMC 2.5] Problems with whitelisted apps

Hello forum members,

i am currently evaluating SMC 2.5 with iOS and got it more or less up and running.

But there is one thing driving me crazy: Getting the correct names for Whitelisted Apps.

I set all Apps to forbidden (new feature in 2.5) except the whitelisted apps.

First problem after installation of the Sophos Mobile Client: The Mobile Client itself is not whitelisted by default. So your device is not compliant. Second, you have to find the exact name in the error logs and set this name in the whitelist. In this case it is

Name "com.sophos.mobilecontrol.mdmclient", Identifier "id481992265"

Now i tried another app namely "KlickTel" a german telephone book provider.

I put the name in the whitelisted app, but everytime it tells me on the device non compliant app "klickTel (de.telegate.klickTel)"

I tried all combinations in whitelisting:

"klickTel", "de.telegate.klickTel" and "klickTel (de.telegate.klickTel)"

But none of these work.

Does anybody here have any experience in this and can help me out? Where can i find these internal names in the Apple AppStore?
