    Hi AleX83,

    this issue has been seen if there is soemthing in your network that somehow changes the HTTP header the iOS devices sends to the SMC server.
    Within these headers, there are information stored the SMC server requires to identify an iOS device.

    If this information is not there the error you reported is send out. The information the iOS device sends in can therefore not be processed.

    Is there perhaps an instance in your network editing the HTTP header?

    Is only one device affected by this behavior? You can have a look at the logs and check the device ids reported in the error.

    To correclty troubleshoot the behavior I however suggest to open a support request so our support guys can have a closer look at it.
