Backup Android & Windows mobile user data

Hi All,

As per subject above SMC have Backup profile option builtin pre-define SMS and Bookmark of Systems browser with option path to backup.

Does user able or define others file/folder to backup using path to backup option instead onlySMS and Bookmark of Systems browser?

    Hi Azwan,

    you have also the possiblilty to enter paths which should be backed up.
    During the configuration of your Backup profiles, simply click the "Plus" button at "Paths to backup" and enter the paths you want to back up. So you have to know these paths of the OS you want to deploy this profile on.
    The device user however can not configure this. Only the SMC admin has the possibility to define what should be backed up.
