We're using the Intercept X app as successor of the old Sophos Authenticator app.
Mostly for VPN access OTP. In that case the users have no issues.
Plenty other users now use the app to store dozens of OTPs for a bunch of services. In this case it's really hard to find the OTP you're looking for.
So a search box would be very helpful in the Authenticator menu.
Btw, last week I used the backup / restore function of the Authenticator feature when switching mobile devices and it worked like a charm.
