thank you for the answer. This KB article explains howto add a bookmark in the "work browser" which is inside the "Sophos Secure Workspace".

We want to add a website symbol with a bookmark to the homescreen on all managed iPhones. I know this is possible directly on a iPhone.

to set a Bookmark, we used the following Article: https://docs.sophos.com/central/Mobile/help/en-us/AdminHelp/Policies/IOSDevice/WebContentFilter/index.html#blocked-urls

And used the Allowed URLs part. This creates a Bookmark. But only works on supervised devices!
