Sophos MDM and Lightspeed Smart Relay Agent
Hi,
Anyone else deployed Lightspeed Relay Smart Agent using Sophos MDM please?
- Made sure iPad users and email addresses are in both Sophos and LS Portal
- Added App and configured parameters, deployed app
- Added policy and configured parameters, updated policies
- Removed all other policies from 4 iPads to test
- Made sure correct policy is applied and added as a plugin for web filter
- Selected policy name in live web filter
- Update all devices and policies
- Devices are still unfiltered
Working through this with Lightspeed but hoping someone has done the same as has come across the solution before.
