Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
It is possible to restrict the network settings on a mobile device by un-checking the "Enable Wi-Fi settings" under "Android > Policy > Restrictions > Network and Communication."
When doing so, I suggest also configuring the wifi settings via policy so the device does not need to default to cellular data when the corporate network is available.
