Sophos Secure Email App - Why can't I "Reply to All"?

I've been asked by one of our users, why can't I reply to all on the Sophos Secure Email App?

I've checked Sophos Central Mobile Policies, but can't seem to see where this would be blocked.

User claims he could do it before, has it been removed?

Any help appreciated.

    May we know the existing version of the email app he or she is currently using? When was this behavior observed? Was there any recent update that happened on the device before the end users experience this?
