For the past week or so I've been playing around and understanding the functionality of SMC, and I wanted to know if there is a way to automatically enrol Windows devices upon joining the Domain, or running a startup script of some sort. Not being able to do this is kind of a deal breaker for most of our costumers.

It is not currently possible to script/automate the deployment to Windows or MacOS devices. The enrollment package will be specific to each device. If you would like to see this type of feature implemented, I'd suggest submitting a feature request. Feel free to send me a private message, and I'd be happy to help you send a submission.
