Add/open shared Mailbox to/in Sophos Secure E-Mail App

Hello everyone,

we need to add shared Mailboxes to the Sophos Secure E-Mail Client for certain users who have full access to those shared mailboxes.

Unfortunately I can only find the "normal" way to add an Account in the Sophos Secure Mail app. Normal meaning that it requires a password and therefore needs to be a user Mailbox instead of a shared one.

Even when trying to add it manual it has the password as a required field.

All Clients are on iOS.

I must be missing something and I hope someone can help me out.
