Sophos Mobile device overview shows wrong OS Windows 11 not Windows 10

Hi there,

I'm using a Dell Notebook with Windows 11 OS. For the Sophos Integration we are using Sophos Mobile.

1)

What are the benefit of using Sophos Mobile instead of Mobile Intercept X for Microsoft Windows 11? Maybe because mobile is also for notebooks? Well, I dont think so...

2)
My OS has Windows 11, but Sophos Mobile shows Windows 10. How can I report a bug? Is the forum enough for that?

Thanks!

Sophos support is aware of this behavior, and this happens because there are some locations on a registry like (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion) that Microsft refers to as win 10 instead of windows 11, and that is the reason why our dashboard shows win 10 even though the existing version you're device is using was win11. Until Microsoft pushes a new update to correct this, you’ll continue to see such behavior on your Sophos central or self-help tool
