Android Apps not installing

Hi,

we have one phone where its not possible to install these four apps.

On all other phones there is no problem with the installation.

All phones are on Android 13 and Enterprise mode. There is no error in Sophos Central with that phone..

Any suggestions on why its not possible? Or you need more information?
