Mobile device not synchronized on the central central account and forgot the PIN on the Device

Hi,

I have a problem regarding our device we forgot a PIN and the device did not sync. for a month. We tried to reset the pin via central account but not enable to reach on the device. The factory reset option is protected by default. 

What are other options to reset our device?
