Android 13 lock screen notifications greyed out

Hi,

has anyone had problems with Android 13 OS devices and lock screen notifications (notifications settings are greyed out and can't be managed)? We are using Sophos central Mobile Android enterprise device enrollment method.

This issue started to show this week 01/01/2023, earlier with the same devices and the same Android OS version with no problems.

Waiting for any advice.

Hi Mantas , I suggest checking the "Restrictions" section of the AE device policy you have assigned. The "Hide sensitive information on lock screen" setting may be causing these issues.
