I unfortunately forgot the password I configured for the Sophos Intercept X APP protection. As most of the apps are protected and I cannot do any changes without the password I have almost blocked my mobile.
Intercept X is in the latest free version.
My mobile is a Samsung Note 9 with latest Android version. (cannot give more exact info as the app configuration is blocked too.)
How can I reset the password?
Thank you for reaching the community.The full version of Sophos mobile does have a step on how to perform a password reset on APP by following this documentation. However, Since you're using the Free version of our product the steps listed here may not be available. I'm afraid you may need to perform a factory reset of your product if you won't be able to remember the password that you've used on your APP.

I actually finally managed to stop the app directly from the app-icon and then deinstall it.
