Automatic install all avalible apps when setting up enterprise mode?

 If you wish to automatically install applications on mobile devices, you will need to use a "Task Bundle" to install the apps. When enrolling devices, if you are selecting "Enroll device with task bundle," it's possible to add the "Install App" tasks to the existing Task Bundle you're using. 
 If you'd like to further enforce the required apps on mobile devices, I'd suggest utilizing the "Compliance Policy - Mandatory Apps" configuration. - https://docs.sophos.com/central/Mobile/help/en-us/AdminHelp/CompliancePolicies/AvailableComplianceRules/index.html
