Currently using a Galaxy A7 Lite Tab with Sophos mobile installed. All actions and tasks execute however when attempting to unenroll nothing happens. Any guidance on what to do at this point?

If you are looking to unenroll the concerned device, I suggest navigating to the "Corporate Management" tab of the Sophos Mobile Control App. Let me know if you’re permitted to unenroll the device this way or if you continue to experience issues.
