Hello Sophos Community,
I have user that can not open new/existing emails on her Iphone. She is reporting that it keeps spinning and would loud the email. Her phone is compliant on admin side with no issue.
Please help any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.
Do you know if Sophos Secure Email is being used on the mobile device, or are you using the default Mail application?
I suggest checking if any other mail clients are affected on the same network. If the email profile on the device is synchronizing correctly with Exchange or the Mail server, this should not happen.
