I no longer have access to Sophos Mobile from Central Sophos Console and I need to reset a smartphone with Sophos Mobile Control installed.
What should I do?

In order to manage your mobile devices, you will need access to the SMC portal from Sophos Central. It is not possible to issue MDM commands to mobile devices without access to the management interface.
If you have physical access to the mobile device and are looking to factory reset it, it is possible to do so as long as you have not configured restrictions that would otherwise prevent you from doing so.
