Web filtering sophos intercept x android

How does sophos web filtering in Android work?

Does it only filter based on blacklisted urls in the database? Or does it perform real time scans of the websites underlying code to detect malicious websites?

Web Filtering in the Intercept X Mobile application is done based on the website category assigned in our databases.

If you find a website that has an incorrect category assigned, you can use the steps under section "Submitting a web address URL for reassessment" in the following article.

No seems you didn't get my question. I am asking about how the web filtering works in Android. Does it only check against a blacklist of malicious urls present in the database, OR does it also perform some real time scanning to detect malicious sites which would mean that it will be able to detect a malicious site even if its url isn't already present in the database?
