I've just enrolled a Samsung S22 ultra to Sophos and its enrolled okay but when i go to google play. Its saying: You were signed out of your google account. Sign in again to continue. I did a different mobile yesterday with the same enrolment and it auto signs into google. I've never had to sign in before.
Has anyone else had the same issue and managed to solve it?
A new SMC client version "9.7.10088." has been released today which should resolve this issue. Is it possible for you to try the setup on this device once more?

We are only using the Android Enterprise management mode and we have used this enrolment quite a few times. However, on this Mobile its not auto signing into Google play to show the managed apps. Its asking to be signed in, which is not something we have had to do before. I'm unsure as to why it wouldn't auto sign in on this device as it has done on all the others?
When enrolling new devices, one user entry can only be assigned to up to 10 devices at a time. Can you confirm if this is what's causing the issues for you?
