we have an issue at Work. We ordert a Samsung Tab S7 + 5G from Vodafone for our employee. Vodafone implement the Tab in our Samsung Knox account. Everything works well until we want to connect the tablet with the Self Service Portal from Sophos MDM.
The Connection Knox an Sophos is active. The account we want to connect has an SSP account and the credentials are right. If we use the link from the invitation Mail everything works well. If we try to tipe it in on the Tab nothing happen.
The Tab recognizes the Connection and show the interface of Sophos while booting the device. So the connection works but the problem with the credentials return everytime we factory reset the device and try it again.

Can you confirm if it's possible to sign in to the Self Service Portal in a web browser using the same account you are trying when enrolling a mobile device?- Self Service Portal
Yes we tried that and it works.
