Add Device Wizard not working - No QR code shown (keeps loading)

When i press Add Device and use Device Wizard it eventually stops working.

I enter name in search field (linked with AD)
i can enter all fields. (name, number etc)
Pressing next, i can select the task bundle
Pressing Next again it should show me a QR code.

That QR code is not shown, it keeps loading and loading for over 30 minutes.
I have tried 4 times with differend browsers.

It was working last week.

Yes, the development team has applied a fix yesterday night and all open tasks should be processed in the meantime.
