End task

Hello,

can i somehow end single task like Install app that is stuck or do i have to wait for timeout which is set to 72 hours?

Specific case: i pushed multiple apps via Task bundle and it got stuck on third one. On iOS phone it said there need to be license bought first but there are enough licenses on VPP program and i can see this device already used one.. and now i am stuck on this third Install app (waiting for user interaction).

Can i end this task or somehow push it forward?

    Hi Jakub,

    What's the name of the app that's currently being installed when it froze?

    Do you have sophos mobile control already installed on the phone?

    IF yes, then try to open it>apps>then try to install again the apps you need. It should be on the list
