Sophos MDM - is it possible to Force a Device GPS to be "always on" ?

Can the Sophos MDM be used to Force the GPS to always be "on" and disallow the Enduser from disabling https://speedtest.vet/ https://showbox.tools/ it ?

Company Phones, mostly Android with Samsung Knox capability. And the occasional Ipad.
