Sohpos Mobile Managed Andorid Enterprise


I used last year the 30-days-trial from Sophos. 
This trial where personalized to our company.

Now I will use an other emm with our Android Enterprise account.
Here I got the message: This company is already registered via another EMM.

The google search tells me that: If you use an external enterprise mobility management (EMM) provider and want to change that, ask your current EMM provider to remove Android management from your organization's Google account.

Can you help me here?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

    You will need to un-bind your Google Account form Sophos Mobile. It is possible to do so by using the following navigation.
    - Open Sophos Mobile
    - Go to Setup > Google Setup
    - Under the "Android Enterprise" tab, select "Unbind" 

    If your trial has now expired, it is best to get in touch with our Customer Care team so that a trial extension can be processed, this will allow you to re-gain access to the UI needed to make these changes.
