Attachments could not be opened before sending

Hello Sophos Community,

I have a problem when I try to send an e-mail with an attachment, I can't open the attachment to verify that I've selected the correct file or image. This only happens with Android devices. with IOS works without problems. we use Sophos Workspace to open and share documents.

    Hi ibish,

    May I ask what error message you're getting when trying to preview the attached files before sending?

    Is it happening on both large and small files sizes? Can you try it please.

    What version of workspace you're using?
