Secure email - attachment management - block attachment from ios local storage except from Sophos Workspace

hi all,

in Secure email (used on Ios device) we would like to authorize only attachments from device photos and Sophos Workspace. But we would like to prevent attachments from other locations like IOS local storage/folders.

Any idea on how to implement such restriction ?

Hello Pascal,

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

Looking into the settings for Sophos Secure Email I am able to see the option "Allow external content", I'd recommend leaving this option de-selected. Let me know if this is the functionality you were looking for.

thanks for the prompt answer. Unfortunately no change, we can still attach a file from a non-secure folder (from ios local folder) in the Sophos email app.
