We have SMC on prem, we already have few IOS devices. Devices were added and we were able to transfer Device Policy trough task bundle.
Yesterday we tried adding new IOS device, but we cant assign Device policy to user trough Add device wizard. Problem is that there is no task bundle available to apply, even we do have policy that is already applied to some devices.
Only option is to enroll device using Sophos container policy. After adding device that is managed over Sophos container we are not able to assign Device policy and change management mode.
We didn't upgrade recently, so must be some configuration or something else.
