Exchange Server 2010 no longer supported with SMC latest versions.

Who else is running Exchange Server 2010 with Sophos Mobile Control?

Exchange 2010 hasn't reached it's End-of-Life with Microsoft yet but the latest version of Sophos Mobile Control don't support this according Sophos supported platforms documentation.

Apparently SMC version 9 is a mandatory upgrade, and if not done by 11th April 2019 SMC will be unable to communicate with managed Android devices.

Interested on your thoughts.

I do use Exchange 2010 (SP 1) and already updated to Sophos Mobile 9 - i have no issues.

Just want to be sure on your Exchange version as you put Exchange 2018. Can I just check that you mean Exchange 2010?

If you don’t mind me asking did you upgrade from previous SMC version, if so which version?

Also how long have you been on SMC 9?

I’m hoping we can do the same as you.

Ah sorry, i will edit my post.

We use Ex 2010 SP1 and it still works fine.

I guess the fact that 2010 is missing in the documentation doesnt mean that it wont work. I means that there will be no support by sophos if u have issues.

Since release Date - last Friday. I came from SMC 8.6. I've registered about 10 new devices since update.

8.6 didn’t have Exchange 2010 listed as supported either.
