APN renew certificate issue

Hello,

Can you help me, please?

I renewed certificate as I thought it want be problem as it's renew, not new certificate and Sophos will propagate new cert subject to iPads.

Unfortunately it was my dream. Almost all iPad has lost connection with MDM. SMC is working with no issue. 

Is any chance to get this connaction back? I have 320 iPad to re-enroll which are around country and it will be horror to call all engineers to neerest depots.

    You have to find the original certificate and renew it. You can do this at any time as long as the certificate is listed in your Apple Push Certificates Portal account.

    Apple uses the topic as a security feature so no other management system can send push notifications to your devices. Once the topic is different on the server side the devices won't react anymore to the new APNS certificate. That's why it's important to always renew the certificate like described here or in the admin console:

    Thanks for quick respond ( I did not expect it so I appriciate).

    I did exactly same step as in attached link. As I did not expect any issue I didn't save old certificate, just renew it.

    It our first time to renew it. I thought that system renew cert in iPads durring MDM synchronisation, unfortunately not. And I have a problem.

    Do you think if Apple keep old cert's in their system somewhere? I'll try anyway.

    Hi All,

    Apple do not keep old certificates.

    It's mean that I have to do it manually :(  -  320 iPad's

     

    Does anyone have an idea to make it quicker?
