Apple VPP importing apps not working

Question

I have successfully had apps imported from Apple VPP but apps purchased recently (16th Nov onwards) aren't pulling through to SMC. 
 
 I have checked this on a Mac with Configurator 2 and the apps are showing on there, but importing the apps just doesn't work. I can't see any reason why it's not working in the logs, and have cleared the VPP cache and reinstalled the VPP token, but no difference. 
 
 Anyone any ideas?

hi in SMC i assume you have a valid VPP certificate uploaded on the customer you are configuring? 
 
 also in alls list have you clicked the import apps button? 
 
 if yes to both try clearing you VPP cache Setup - System setup - Apple VPP.
