Automatic cleanup not successful, manual cleanup is required

I am getting message "automatic cleanup not successful, manual cleanup is required". Not too sure how to go about this? If anyone could let me know how i do this I  would be very grateful as I haven't got a clue where to start. Thanks!

    Minus the fact that Sophos is just a giant waste of resources and space on your mac. The easiest way to clean it up would be to close chrome and go to that path in terminal and delete the file.

    rm -f /Users/USER/Library/Caches/Google/Chrome/Default/Cache/f_000e36
