Automatic cleanup not successful, manual cleanup is required

I am getting message "automatic cleanup not successful, manual cleanup is required". Not too sure how to go about this? If anyone could let me know how i do this I would be very grateful as I haven't got a clue where to start. Thanks!

I assume this is for a Windows computer?

Can you paste the bottom few lines that are relevant from sav.txt? You can find it under:
C:\programdata\sophos\Sophos anti-virus\logs\
