Is HitmanPro alert compatible with Bitdefender Total Internet Security? Can I run both? 
 
 (and also MalwareByte Anti-Ransomware beta 8 ?)

 As long as you scan your PC/ Laptop using one Internet Security Program at a time then the two Internet Security Programs you have and use shouldn't conflict with each other, If you run both the Internet Security Programs you have and use both at the same time then they may or most likely will conflict with each other.
