Quarantine message

Multiple times per day I receive a quarantine message in lower right corner of WIN10 screen. When I open SOPHOS there is nothing in quarantine.

    Hello dale allen,

    you get the message when a threat is detected. If it is subsequently automatically cleaned up it will no longer be listed in the QM.
    To see what and where it was click View anti-virus and HIPS log.
