Troj/Invo-zip infected Outlook OLM Archive

Hello,

I have an Outlook archive sitting in my documents that Sophos has flagged as infected. As in the title, it says "Troj\Invo-Zip", gives me the Outlook OLM archive's location, and gives me a link on how to manually remove malware. My problem is that I would like to remove the infection without tossing out a large Outlook archive and I cannot seem to find information about this anywhere online that does not lead me straight back to Sophos' page on deleting the file.

HI Ido,

The problem you have is that one (or more) of the emails in that archive most likely has a malicious attachment. If you can send Sophos that archive file we can probably tell you exactly which ones is causing the detection so that you can just delete that one email.
