How can I download Sophos to my malware infected mobile phone

Question

My mobile phone appears to be Malware infected - when I go to internet a popup blocks me from even going to Google search 
 It seems to be a fake Chrome survey and says - mobile.alert-centre.online and asks me to say ok to spin wheel for prize 
 Would it be possible to download Sophos to my laptop and then send it by usb connection to my phone ?

You should reset your Phone! 
 It's the only way to be thread free!(very dour threads excepted)

Mike, 
 You had an Adware PUA blocking you from using your Android phone. If you are concerned about more stuff hiding in your phone or causing more issues, you should reset it from scratch.
