Malware now.theluckypages.com

Hi,

I have a ubuntu server 14.04 with my sites (joomla) in dmz. I also have a sophos utm (Unified Threat Management) and i am getting alarmes for requests made by my server to now.theluckypages.com from diferent ports. Please help.

Sorry for the very late reply to your post, are you still experiancing this issue?

The URL you listed is a malicious call home server (don't visit it). Can you provide more information about the alerts you are seeing so we can assist with this.

It is a browser hijacker and when it infects any computer then it changes all the browser homepage and default settings, you need to scan your PC With the help of Anti-malware software and follow the steps mentioned here - http://pcmalware.jimdo.com/user-guide-and-tips
