I've collected samples in conjunction with C2/Generic-B alerts and made two sample submissions yesterday. Was surprised to find a new "smart, interactive, all-in-one" form, two extra clicks are not the end of the world though (but the link to the how-to article is no longer there). I did not receive the usual automated reply and the submissions are also not recorded on SophServ.
Wonder what happened, was it just a glitch?
