Sophos automate plug in API does not stay connected

Hello,

There was already a post on the subject but without a solution.

I have integrated the api key of the veeam SPC in connectwise automate. The API status is connected, but as soon as I move off the API screen the API disconnects.

I follow this instructions:

The connection is successfully. But immediately when i leave the settings page the api status disconnected.

Does anyone have a solution?

I found the solution, you have to add the Sophos Central Admin permission to the user which is managing the plugin settings. This is within CW Automate.
